IGTV allows the maximum file size of 650MB for a 10 minutes video and 5.4GB for videos with up to 60 minutes time frame.

The minimum time limit is 15 seconds while the maximum time limit is 10 minutes. However, larger and verified accounts can upload videos with maximum time frame of 60 minutes but must be uploaded from a computer.
